I really like the staff at her office, i was seen by her one time for consultation, and another doctor at her office a different time for a more basic cleaning. my only issue with her office was the phone communication prior to the appointment-- not his fault but due to very thick accent i had a lot of trouble communicating with receptionist about basic info. however, on the upside, the reception texted me when i asked to do that instead-- super helpful and easy to reach

Dr. Patel and her staff are professional and lovely! Both of my cleanings have been done promptly within a minute or two off my scheduled appointment time, and they do a very thorough job, even though I purposely book the last appointment of their day.

She was very efficient and very nice. Her process of moving my head around was a little strange, but if that's what she needed in order accomplish the quality work, then that's what's needed.

Dr. Patel is wonderful!! I had a cavity filled and she very quickly filled it. It wasn't painful at all! Previously I went to her to get my chipped tooth bonded and that also went perfectly. She's also very kind and considerate of your concerns!!

I was so impressed at my visit. I actually found Dr. Patel on Groupon, for the zoom whitening. She was able to identify that I needed different work for the sake of my teeth prior to accepting the group on for whitening due to my amount of plaque. Do not hesitate to make an appointment because you will not be let down by Dr. Patel/her team or any of their knowledge. I came out of my cleaning feeling as if I had an entirely new mouth. Dr Faguni Patel is wonderful! Her staff are terrific! The dental hygienist is an absolute dream! I came in for a checkup and a gentle, yet thorough cleaning; to get rid of tea stains on my sensitive teeth - and it was fantastic!!

I love the service at the central park dental office. It's located in a convenient location, pleasant atmosphere, staff is always courteous. I never feel pressured into unnecessary cosmetic procedures as others attempted. Clean, modern office. Email reminders for your appointments. And Dr Patel is very was knowledgeable and gentle.

Finally a dentist in NY that cares about taking time and not rushing through an appointment! Dr.Patel and her staff were so nice. I have always had terrible gums and they were really great about it and did an amazing cleaning without causing me too much pain. This place is FABULOUS facing Central Park South.Even before entering Dr. Patel's Dental office, I was in love with the location,Right in front of CENTRAL PARK. Sitting on dental chair facing central park with horses galloping sound in the background definitely soothes your jumpy nerves and Dr. Patel seems very knowledgeable, and professional. She is a good listener and answers all your questions thoroughly. Dr. Patel explained all my doubts with the help of an intraoral camera which takes pictures of your teeth, awesome!! you can really see what dentist is talking about.Being her patient has been a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Dr. Patel as she is one of the most skilled dentist I have ever met.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!. I am terrified with dentist but Dr Patel took a great deal of time with me. She totally put me at ease and I really didn’t feel anything. The procedure was quick and painless .She is totally amazing. The office is beautiful and staff is very friendly and welcoming. The office is modern, clean and filled with the latest technology, good thing is that they text and email to communicate which is very easy to deal at work.
