Dr. Mustapha Rammal

General Dentist

As a researcher and a dentist, Dr. Mustapha Rammal began his professional career after graduating with honors from Fordham University. Interested in expanding his knowledge in the scientific and medical spectrum, Dr. Rammal spent four years conducting laboratory research at Mount Sinai West Hospital and at the Multiple Sclerosis Research Center of New York. The area of his research focused on Fragile X Syndrome and Multiple Sclerosis, where his work culminated in numerous journal publications, abstracts and presentations at major scientific meetings. His publications have been cited in over 590 journals and over 35 books. Graduating from the world-renowned New York University College of Dentistry, with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, Dr. Rammal was selected as one of three residents into a year long comprehensive general dentistry residency program at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital. Graduating from a Level-1 trauma center afforded Dr. Rammal with an excellent opportunity to tackle complex cases rarely encountered in private practice settings. In order to remain up to date and to continue bringing his patients the best treatment possible, Dr. Rammal is currently pursuing a fellowship in the American Academy of General Dentistry, which will allow him to further his education and to remain updated on the latest treatment options.
